Adsorption Dryers

Our products are designed in accordance with your requirements and specifications.  For our gas dryer packages we have several processes available such as PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) and TSA (Temperature Swing Adsorption).

The PSA process is a simple process for relatively small capacities and mediate dewpoints. The investment cost are low but there is a purge loss of 15 to 30 % (depending on the application and operating conditions). The cycle time of the PSA process is a few minutes. For more detailed information about the different processes please read further on this page. The TSA process is more expensive but can be designed with very low purge losses 8% tot even 0% purge loss (Spit-flow). The dewpoints that can be reached with TSA is very low :( -80 to -90 deg C). The cycle time is several hours to several days.
